SARATOGA SPRINGS CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE

The City of Saratoga Springs is closely monitoring the spread of coronavirus and today has confirmed two cases of COVID-19 in Saratoga County. The infected individuals are selfquarantined and are receiving support as needed from the city and county.

We encourage all residents to be diligent about staying home if you are not feeling well or are experiencing flu-like symptoms. Continue to take simple actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including:

 Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.  Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol) if soap and water are not available.  Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trash.  Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

The city has been extensively preparing for potentially infected individuals, including identification, methods of quarantine and methods of monitoring patients. Our first responders in the Saratoga Springs Fire and Police Departments have been educated on the proper approach to manage a suspected case that best protects the staff and patient.

For more information on the virus, symptoms and preventing the spread of germs, please refer to Saratoga County Public Health and the CDC recommendations.

  1. Good luck trying to buy hand sanitizer. There were changes in the liturgy during mass in St. Peter’s Church this morning. People bowed instead of shaking hands when offering each other the sign of peace. The community chalice for communion wine was eliminated. Only hosts were dispensed during communion which is a good thing since having the entire congregation drink out of the same chalice violates all standards of infection control. I hope they never resume that practice.

I was pleased to see that both Mayor Kelly and Commissioner Dalton have spoken publicly about the corona virus. Such transparency is important when the illness strikes so close to our City.

    1. Here ya go, doctor:

This is perhaps one of the greatest psyops (psychological operations) of all time.
They claim we can’t detect it, no symptoms for weeks and nobody knows they have it.
Talk about a major con-job (confidence ticking) on the general population.
      Bahhhhh.

And TEST KITS? What test kits?
How can anybody test for a particular strain of virus?
And viruses mutate. Did everyone forget that little piece of trivia?
      Bahhhh.

      Here we go again…
“We’re all gonna die! We’re all gonna die!”
Yeah, that’s true. Just not today.

      Bahhh.

      Talk about crying wolf.
Will everybody just CHILL OUT for a moment?

A trip to Four Seasons should do it.
A customer said it would be wise to stock up on vitamin C and colloidal silver.
Chicken and garlic broth will kill anything.
      Bahh.

Same guy said his 3M stock is going through the roof (ha-ha-ha).
(Remember…you’re never more than 3 feet away from a 3M product!)

      Oh, and WASH YOUR HANDS.

      Follow the money.
      Bah!

      Next?

      -JC 😉
