  1. Thank you for posting this John. What I am learning is that there is nothing new. My take on this is that Saratoga Springs seems to be a microcosm for a movement to regulate the uniquely American concept of private property in favor of the ideology of Sustainability, through the use of Zoning law, Should we be concerned?
