The blogger was invited as the second guest. The interview with Marshall is well worth the time. Marshall is thoughtful and articulate.

Yes, his wife served as the deputy commissioner of finance under Michele Madigan and did a phenomenal job. Neither would prioritize partisanship over what’s best for the city, which is why in my opinion, they are exactly the kind of people we want running for local office.

You are confusing the Saratoga Podcast with the aggregate news site Saratoga Report. Robin Dalton, Adam Israel, and Dan Defedericis operate Saratoga Podcast. Robin reached out to Kuczynski twice. Once through Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee chair Otis Maxwell and once directly to Kuczynski directly. Kuczynski did not have the courtesy to respond.
I expect he was worried about being asked about his teaming up with Dillon Moran to block Mayor Safford’s proposal to provide support for dealing with FOIL’s until the city can hire someone to fill the vacancy of the person responsible for handling FOILs.
