You should look at the parking garages that are just a few steps further along the same path. The stairwell is just plants and a little trash. The parking garages smell like urine and the trash is everywhere.
Anybody know what was discussed at those meetings when the Woodlawn Ave parking garage was proposed?
It seems pretty strange that Tom Roohan would oversee the project but not include ongoing maintenance in the final planning stage. Is it DPW’s responsibility to maintain the structure? Preventive maintenance? Anyone?
